After what we thought was a killer start to its sixth season, “Dexter” pretty much ran out of steam by the end – we blame it on the absence of Mos Def – but we have to admit the climax was a welcome surprise. To avoid spoiling it for those who haven’t seen it, we’ll refrain from saying anything else and turn things over to showrunner Scott Buck.
