According to The Hollywood Reporter, Jason Pagan and Andrew Stark (Almanac) will write the latest installment of the scary movie franchise, which has so far made more than $718 million worldwide.

The Latino-themed spin-off, Paranormal Activity: The Marked Ones directed by Christopher Landon, will hit theatres on January 3, 2014, and then we’ll see the franchise sequel, Paranormal Activity 5, on October 24, 2014.
