Western Vampires Head to Purgatory

Remember a few articles back when I mentioned that vampires were still as popular as ever? Well, here we are with today’s fourth story on a vampire-related project. Next up Jeepers Creepers director Victor Salva is getting set to take on a vampire-laden Purgatory.

THR reports that Salva has signed on to direct the vampire Western Purgatory, an indie flick being made by Cat and Mouse Films. The script, by Denis Faye, centers on a washed-up sheriff and an English vampire hunter who team up to stop a clan of vampires from destroying an isolated, weapons-free town in the middle of nowhere in 1892 New Mexico.
