MGM Turning Short Film ABE Into a Feature; Watch the Short!

A few months back we posted an incredible short film called ABE, a creepy killer robot tale directed by British filmmaker Rob McLellan. We knew just from watching the short that there was enough meat on the bones of the concept to turn it into a feature film…

And it looks like we’re not gonna have to wait very long!

Deadline reported today that MGM has picked up the rights to ABE and will in fact be turning it into a feature, with McLellan writing and directing. Kevin Misher and Steve Tzirlin will produce the film.

To that we say… hallelujah!!
