Rod Lurie directs Straw Dogs, which stars James Marsden, Kate Bosworth, Alexander Skarsgard, Dominic Purcell, James Woods, Laz Alonso and Rhys Coiro. The original Straw Dogs, released in 1971, was directed by Sam Peckinpah and starred Dustin Hoffman.
