We’re entering the home stretch of CBS’s surprise summer smash hit “Under the Dome,” and in this clip from Episode 1.08, “Thicker Than Water,” things start to get even more complicated between Joe (Colin Ford) and Norrie (Mackenzie Lintz). Is their bond starting to break?
