Johnny Knoxville and More Shrunk Down to Fun Size

Johnny KnoxvilleAnother bit of possible casting news for the upcoming comedy horror flick Fun Size has made its way online, and if this guy comes trick or treating, you may want to let him in before he does something horrendous to your porch. Dig it!

According to Bloody Disgusting Thomas Middleditch ("Funny or Die Presents..."), Thomas McDonell (Dark Shadows, Prom), Osric Chau (2012), Jackson Nicoll (The Fighter), Johnny Knoxville (pictured right; Jackass), Ana Gasteyer, Josh Pence, Holmes Osborne, James Pumphrey, Willam Belli and Peter Navy Tuiasosopo have all signed on to Paramount's upcoming flick.

They join the previously announced Victoria Justice, Thomas Mann and Jane Levy in the Josh Schwartz-directed comedy described as a cross between Superbad and Adventures in Babysitting on Halloween night.

The comedic script, by "Colbert Report" scribe Max Werner, centers on a sarcastic teenage girl (Justice) who is forced to take her little brother trick-or-treating on Halloween, then loses him and must find him before their mother finds out.

Superbad was Superbad. The first 20 minutes were entertaining enough but then like every other Apatow comedy the rest goes on far, far longer than is reasonable or interesting.

Self-indulgent producers and directors seem to believe long means epic. i.e. King Kong by Peter 'It's better if it's 4 hours' Jackson.
