Werewolves and Weretigers Battle for Love in Thailand in Tiger and Wolf

So yeah, the influence of The Twilight Saga has reached across oceans all the way to Thailand, as evidenced by the following trailer for Tiger and Wolf, or Lhor Lark Sai as its known in its native tongue.
Here’s the thing… we watched the trailer, and it appears to center on a werewolf and a weretiger(!) who are locked in a game of mortal combat over the love of a young high school girl. Or something like that. Here’s what we do know… When it comes time for the creatures to fight, the film turns into some form of cartoon. We think. Or something like that. It’s weird and unintentionally funny. My head hurts.
Synopsis
Guy is your average teenager who gets bullied in school. He’s secretly in love with Nana, an attractive girl who happens to be the object of desire of Trai, a young werewolf. Standing no chance against Trai, Guy turns to Zen, a mysterious weretiger who helps give him the power to be able to fight against Trai and win the heart of Nana. The battle for love between werewolf and weretiger then begins.
