Brian Collins’ Staple Horror Website Horror Movie a Day Draws to a Close

In 2008 Brian Collins opened the doors of Horror Movie a Day, and since its inception Collins has reviewed a horror movie a day, just like the site’s name suggests. He has become an amazing voice in this industry, and rarely will you find someone with more dedication to the genre.
The sheer volume of films Brian has spent time reviewing is nothing short of staggering. The man never took a day off. Never took a vacation. No matter where he was or what he was doing, you could rest assured that he would be somewhere watching something and a review would be coming soon. Want to talk about amazing? THAT is amazing.
From there Collins has gone on to appear in many retrospectives on the genre for Chiller TV, etc., and has made cameos in lots of flicks too. He’s earned every bit of his cred and notoriety within this circle, and we absolutely salute him and his diligence.
Still, all good things must come to an end, and one thing is for sure: Collins has earned his rest. Today marks his final entry into the infamous Horror Movie a Day blog – his 2,500th review, and we have nothing but respect and admiration for his selfless and tremendous act of love.
