Marvel Teases New George A. Romero Penned Comic

Way back in October 2012 it was reported by Twitch that the legendary George A. Romero was writing a new comic property for Marvel. After months of silence since, a teaser for the project has just made its way online. And when we say teaser, we mean teaser.
Romero revealed to the site that he was “writing a comic for Marvel. I’m writing it now, but its plot is a secret. Well I can tell you it won’t involve any of their on-going characters, there will be no superheroes. But it will involve zombies!”
This no doubt was spurred on by the world created by Robert Kirkman with his series “The Walking Dead,” which has gone on to achieve more success than anyone could have ever imagined. If anyone has the zombie chops to keep up and build out another undead universe for us to play in, it is without a doubt Romero. Check out the newly released art below courtesy of Bleeding Cool!
