“The Following” ended last night with a nice juicy cliffhanger so we know you’re anxious to see what’s coming next in Episode 1.06, “The Fall.” But first let’s get an “Insider” look at Episode 1.05, “The Siege.”

“The Following” Episode 1.05 – “The Siege” (encore airing 2/23/13)
When Claire (Natalie Zea) receives a phone call that may lead her to her son, Joey (Kyle Catlett), Hardy (Kevin Bacon) and the FBI set their next move into motion, causing panic at the followers’ hideout. Meanwhile, Carroll (James Purefoy) seeks a lawyer (guest star Renee Elise Goldsberry) from his past to send a message that has deadly results.

Carroll’s true intentions are revealed through a new follower, Charlie (guest star Tom Lipinski), and as Hardy learns of Carroll’s plans, he tries to stall Emma, Paul, and Jacob (Valorie Curry, Adan Canto, Nico Tortorella) by taunting them in hopes of turning them against each other. Meanwhile, Emma makes a shocking decision.
