Further Halloween Big Screen Details

We recently got clarification on the special feature that will screen before Halloween‘s return to the big screen this Halloween, which we first told you about here, and you’re probably not going to be happy.
Apparently, the feature will be 20 minutes of fans talking about their love for Halloween. After watching the Halloween: 25 Years of Terror DVD (review) and sinking in our collective seats during the fan section out of sheer embarrassment, I guess someone came up with the bright idea to give people in the cinema the same experience. It’s not nearly as cool as the “Freddy’s Best Kills” that will air with the Nightmare on Elm Street revival later this month. I think we’ll be getting popcorn during this one.
Not to pimp our own whore, but wouldn’t it have been cooler to see Sean Clark’s “Horror’s Hallowed Grounds” episode from the aforementioned DVD, which most reviewers have stated is their favorite feature on the disc? It’s not up to us of course, but maybe it should be…
