We told you earlier this week about Albert Pyun’s Road to Hell having its Midwest premiere on March 9th at the Patio Theatre in Chicago, and the event promoter has commissioned two new posters for the film from artist Neil Klemz. Check ’em out right here!

Road to Hell was directed by Pyun, written by Cynthia Curnan, and is the unofficial sequel to the 1984 rock & roll fable Streets of Fire. It stars Michael Pare, Clare Kramer, Courtney Peldon, and Roxy Gunn with a special appearance by Deborah Van Valkenburgh. Below the posters you’ll find info on the screening.

The “Triple Threat” event (which encompasses Road to Hell along with director’s cuts of Nemesis and Cyborg) is taking place at the Patio Theatre (click here for tickets). There’s also a “Triple Threat” Facebook event page so be sure to RSVP there if you plan to attend.

On Saturday, March 9th, the Patio Theatre (6008 W. Irving Park Road, Chicago, IL 60634; (773) 685-4291) will screen three of director Albert Pyun’s films from 7:00 pm to 12:00 midnight as part of the Triple Threat Film Fest. These movies are Nemesis, Cyborg, and the Chicago premiere of Road to Hell. Director Pyun and producer-screenwriter Curnan will be in attendance. Albert will be making presentations and greeting fans individually. You can bring items for him to sign at no charge or purchase DVDs, soundtracks, and posters available at his table.

To keep tabs on Road to Hell and everything else Pyun is working on these days, be sure to visit the Albert Pyun Movies Facebook page.
