Official Synopses for Cult Ep. 1.02 – In the Blood and Supernatural Ep. 8.16 – Remember the Titans

The CW has released synopses for the week of February 25th, and we have the lowdown on “Cult” Episode 1.02, “In the Blood,” and “Supernatural” Episode 8.16, “Remember the Titans.” For some reason “The Vampire Diaries” on the 28th is a rerun of “After School Special.”
“Cult” Episode 1.02 – “In the Blood” (airs 2/26/13, 9-10 pm)
STACEY FARBER STARS IN THIS EPISODE — Jeff (Matt Davis) enlists tech-savvy E.J. (guest star Stacey Farber, “Degrassi: The Next Generation”) to help in his search for his brother Nate (guest star James Pizzinato, “Alcatraz”). Skye (Jessica Lucas) finally reveals to Jeff that she took the researcher job on “Cult” to learn more about Steven Rae.
Meanwhile, at the production office, associate producer Peter Grey (guest star Ben Hollingsworth) brushes off Skye’s concerns that some of the “Cult” fans believe there are hidden messages embedded in the show. On the television show, Kelly (Alona Tal) and Paz (guest star Kadeem Hardison, “A Different World”) discover a body buried vertically, and Kelly believes that this might be a message from Billy (Robert Knepper).

“Supernatural” Episode 8.16 – “Remember the Titans” (airs 2/27/13, 9-10 pm)
GODS VS. ZOMBIES — Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) are stumped when they investigate a possible zombie case where an amnesiac man (guest star John Reardon) dies and then revives himself once a day.
After the guy is attacked by the goddess Artemis (guest star Anna Von Hooft), Sam and Dean realize he’s not a zombie but instead a god, more specifically, Prometheus.
Steve Boyum directed the episode written by Daniel Loflin.
