EFM 2013: Adam Wingard Brings The Guest to Berlin

The latest film from Adam Wingard (V/H/S, S-VHS, A Horrible Way to Die) will be making a stir over in the European Film Market as HanWay Films is set to handle international sales. The Guest will see Wingard reteam with Simon Barrett and Keith Calder & Jessica Wu of Snoot Entertainment.

Wingard’s latest feature is an action-thriller “about a soldier on leave who befriends the family of a fallen comrade, only to become a threat to all around him when it’s revealed he’s hiding dangerous secrets from his past.”

Principal photography on The Guest will begin in May in the Western United States. Calder and Wu will be producing along with Barrett. Stay tuned for more on this one as it comes, or if it turns out to be too much of an action-thriller, forget we ever mentioned it!
