Romero Comes to Concord

If you live in or around New Hampshire… I’m sorry. You must be so bored most of the time.

If you’re in or around Concord, New Hampshire, though, things are starting to look up! We received word that the Red River Theaters in Concord is bringing the one and only George A. Romero to the Capitol Center for the Arts on Saturday, September 23rd, to host a double-feature screening of The Dark Half and Creepshow, two films, you have to admit, that you don’t hear about being screened very often in any capacity.

Romero will be on hand for a Q&A session after the films (perfect time to squeeze more Diary of the Dead info from him… if there is any left to squeeze after Creepy’s recent audio interview which incidentally now has a transcript) and an autograph session, and fans are encouraged to get in the Halloween spirit early by donning their costume of choice! More info on the double-feature and Romero’s appearance is available right here, so get clicking.
