Nightmares & Dreamscapes DVD Date?

I’m really not sure how they do it, but somehow the folks over at TV Shows on DVD always manage to find info about upcoming television series DVDs sometimes before even the studio announces it.
Today it’s the upcoming TNT series Nightmares & Dreamscapes, which premieres tomorrow night (July 12th). The series consists of eight hour-long films culled from some of the best of King’s short work and features an incredibly impressive cast line-up.
Apparently, Warner Bros. already has a plan to release all eight episodes on DVD this October 24th with features to include an extended version of “Umney’s Last Cast,” which starts William H. Macy; commentary tracks; and documentaries. Once the official announcement is made, we’ll obviously have more, but as you can see, there’s already some spiffy artwork in existence as well.
