Radio 66.6We’re back with another installment of Radio 66.6! This week features the latest news, music, videos and tour dates from the likes of Metallica, King Diamond, Dropkick Murphys, Dir En Grey, Terror, Sevendust and more. Don’t touch that dial!

Metallica have launched their own record label, dubbed Blackened Recordings. Its first release will be the band’s live DVD/Blu-ray, Quebec Magnetic. Read a statement from the band here.

King Diamond has signed a three-album worldwide record deal with Metal Blade Records.

Sevendust will release their ninth studio effort, Black Out the Sun, on March 26 via their 7Bros. Records. The first single, “Decay,” will be released on January 22.

Dream Theater has re-signed with Roadrunner Records. The band will soon begin recording a new album.

Listen to a new Terror song entitled “Hard Lessons” here. It will appear on their upcoming 7″ from Reaper Records and their future full length.

Listen to a short clip of a new Dir En Grey song entitled “Rinkaku” here. The single will drop on December 19.

Cody Carpenter – son of the immortal John Carpenter – has released a new album under the name Ludrium. Stream Zeal here.

Watch Dropkick Murphys‘ music video for “The Season’s Upon Us” here. The celtic punk rockers’ new album, Signed and Sealed in Blood, comes out January 8.

Watch Cruel Hand‘s music video for “Cheap Life” here. The new track will be on the hardcore band’s next release.

Hatebreed will celebrate the release of The Divinity of Purpose with a tour featuring Shadows Fall, Dying Fetus and The Contortionist. Dates can be found here.
