TIFF 2010: New Images from Black Swan

We’ve been looking forward to staring at Natalie Portman’s Black Swan for quite some time now, and although we don’t exactly see it in these new images we still can’t help but dream!
Natalie Portman, Kristina Anapau, Sebastian Stan, Vincent Cassel, Winona Ryder, Mila Kunis, and Barbara Hershey all star in the film, which centers on a veteran ballerina (Portman) who finds herself locked in a competitive situation with a rival dancer, with the stakes and twists increasing as the dancers approach a big performance. But it’s unclear whether the rival is a supernatural apparition or if the protagonist is simply having delusions.
Black Swan will be playing at the Toronto International and Venice film festivals before arriving here in theaters December 1st.
