Fresh out of jail, Isaak (Ray Stevenson) renews his pursuit of Dexter (Michael C. Hall) while Quinn (Desmond Harrington) continues his power struggle with the Koshkas. Dexter tries to keep Debra (Jennifer Carpenter) in the dark about his relationship with Hannah (Yvonne Strahovski), but a surprise visit from Astor, Cody, and Harrison throws a wrench into his plans.
