Night 3D Coming At Ya on the 5th!

Night of the Living Dead 3D (Click for larger image)That’s September 5th, providing of course that you’re in Spain. Sigh. Why does all the cool stuff happen overseas first?

Anyway, Night of the Living Dead 3D will make its feature film debut at The Estepona International Horror and Fantasy Festival. This 7th edition of the festival runs from September 4th to the 9th. Previous years have featured films such as Bubba Ho-Tep and Haute Tension. That’s pretty good company to be in. Make sure you click on the above link for the exact details.

Or if you’re like me and can barely afford to visit a nice Spanish restaurant much less Spain, Night 3D will be showing a couple of days later on September 8th in its full multi-dimensional glory at The World 3D Film Expo II in LA. Once again, click the link for the full 411.

To further add to the Expo event’s coolness, director Jeff Broadstreet, screenwriter Robert Valding, star Sid Haig, and the rest of the cast will be on hand to do a Q&A before the screening.

Sid Haig kicking zombie ass? Ghouls coming at ya? The promise of blood splattering in 3D? It all sounds good on paper. Let’s just hope the flick ends up being a good ride.

Night of the Living Dead 3D is scheduled to be unleashed theatrically in the U.S. and Canadian on November 10th. How wide of a release it will get remains to be seen, but we’ll just keep our little gore-soaked fingers crossed.
