Five-Minute Preview of Russian Horror Flick Phobos: Club of Fear
While their vodka can make any film seem a lot less painful, Russia isn't exactly known for its stellar crop of horror movies. Will that change with the upcoming film from director Oleg Assadulin, Phobos: Club of Fear? Check out a five-minute preview and decide for yourself.
Synopsis
A rainy summer evening... Young people are arriving at the new trendy club named Phobos, which is still under construction. Or re-construction - since it's a former bomb shelter turned into a club. At first nothing appears wrong, but soon the bunker doors turn out to be locked, and the revellers are trapped underground without any communication. They think it seems to be a joke, not realizing how dangerous their situation is. Then they get frightened. All of them will need to cope with their fears before the bunker will let them free.
