I Sell the Dead DVD / Blu-ray: Artwork and Specs Revealed!
Finally we have gotten our claws into the artwork and details for the Slamdance award-winning zombie opus I Sell the Dead (review here).
Synopsis
"In 19th Century England a young graverobber (Dominic Monaghan) finds himself condemned to death for his crimes, with only a priest (Ron Perlman) for company for his last night before the gallows. A hilarious tale is told of a life spent digging up and selling supernatural corpses, including vampires and zombies, and the many shenanigans involved!"
The film will be hitting home video in the States on March 30, 2010. Bonus features will be as follows:

This is so generic. This is exactly the type of movie that could have benefited from a retro hand drawn poster ala the old Val Lewton RKO pictures like The Body Snatcher or I Walked With a Zombie.

It would have been nice if they'd gone with a different cover than the one they've been using on the bare-bones edition currently available at Blockbuster, but any way they can get this flick out there is a good one. One of my absolute favorites of '09.
