Southland Star to Sample True Blood
Just when we thought casting was just about over with, another name has joined the ever growing cast of the hit HBO series "True Blood". One that is sure to have the ladies swooning to be made ... or maybe just made out with.
According to The Hollywood Reporter "Southland" co-star Kevin Alejandro is staying in the South with another high-profile series gig, joining Alan Ball's vampire drama "True Blood." Alejandro, expected to appear in almost every episode of the HBO series' upcoming third season, will play Jesus, a Latino orderly who is taking care of Ruby Jean Reynolds (Alfre Woodard) at her care facility and becomes involved with her son, Lafayette (Nelsan Ellis).
Kevin is set to join the series regulars as well as fellow newbies Denis O'Hare, Marshall Allman, Theo Alexander, Grant Bowler, Joe Manganiello and Lindsay Pulsipher. Keep your eyes right here for more!

2009. It was pretty much as crappy a year for horror movies as it was for the economy. There were, however, some really high points to help balance out all the drivel that was put out there in theatres as well as on home video, and they are to be celebrated, even though technically a couple of them are not even from this year.

How the hell are they gonna fit any more people into the cast? Unless they fire about half of the cast from the first series.
I hope S2 isn't a complete clusterfuck. They only have 12 episodes, don't forget. It's not like network TV where they have twice as many.

We think he will be a great addition to the cast and think that Kevin Alejandro will be very popular on the show.
