Just days ahead of its release, we’ve teamed up with IFC Midnight to bring you an exclusive clip from their upcoming supernatural horror film The Midnight Man, which stars Robert Englund, Lin Shaye, and Gabrielle Haugh. In the clip, we meet Myles, a seemingly meek and timid young man who unfortunately crosses path with the titular demonic creature. What happens next is certainly an eye-popping moment…

The Midnight Man hits theaters, VOD, and digital platforms on January 22, 2018.

Synopsis:
It was supposed to be just an urban legend… On a snowy night in her grandmother’s sprawling mansion, teenage Alex (Gabrielle Haugh) and her best friend Miles (Grayson Gabriel) discover a mysterious box hidden away in the attic. Inside are instructions for The Midnight Game, an ancient Pagan ritual said to summon the players’ greatest fears. It all seems like harmless fun—until they unleash the terrifying spirit of The Midnight Man, an unholy force who pits them against their darkest demons and dares them to survive. Check Out the Amazing Poster for Panos Cosmatos’ Mandy Starring Nicolas Cage

Published

Truth be told I have not heard one thing about the upcoming Nic Cage period action-thriller Mandy until today.

That’s not to say I’m not totally intrigued by the film, which is directed by Panos Cosmatos who helmed the gorgeous mind-trip Beyond the Black Rainbow a few years back. It has just slipped under my radar.

But all of that changed today with EW‘s reveal of the film’s poster which is about as badass of a poster as I have seen since the fantasy flicks of the 80’s.

You can check out the killer new poster for the film in higher-res to the right and then let us know what you think!

Mandy is directed by Panos Cosmatos (Beyond the Black Rainbow) and stars Nicolas Cage, Andrea Riseborough, and Linus Roache and is produced by Daniel Noah, Josh C. Waller, Elijah Wood, Nate Bolotin, and Adrian Politowski.

Mandy premieres at the Sundance Film Festival January 19th.

Synopsis:

Set in 1893, Cage plays Red Miller, a broken and haunted man, who hunts the unhinged religious sect who slaughtered the love of his life.
