Broadstreet, Jeff (Night of the Living Dead 3D) Audio Interview

Damned if you do, damned if you don’t. When trying to rework a classic like Night of the Living Dead, no matter what you try to accomplish, you’re going to take heat.

The original Night is a film which I hold dearly sacred. I still fly off into a venom spewing rage when thinking about the abomination that was the 30th Anniversary Edition. Would this latest version be yet another affront?

Director Jeff Broadstreet accepted the unenviable task of remaking Night yet again. As expected, most fans are out with torches and pitchforks. But to be honest, I didn’t think it was too bad.

Recently I sat down with Jeff to talk Night 3D and to give him a chance to respond to the angry masses!

Will Bruce Campbell Ever Return as Ash?

Published

on

Recently we let you guys know that Starz has canceled Ash vs Evil Dead. In response to that news, a group of fans tried to rally and have Netflix pick up the horror-comedy series.

Well, good old Bruce Campbell got wind of the whole thing and took to Twitter to let the world know he is officially retired from the role of Ash Williams.

Big props to fans for the effort,” Bruce tweeted. “But I’m retired as Ash.”

Personally, I fell like this might be the right move for Campbell. I mean, unless the powers that be get Ash vs Freddy vs Jason going, or a team-up movie between Bruce and Mia from the Evil Dead remake, then I think it might be best to just hang up the spurs, good buddy.

Are you upset that Bruce Campbell is hanging up the Evil Dead hat, or do you think it’s the right time? Make sure to hit us up and let us know what you think in the comments below or on Facebook, Twitter, and/or Instagram!
