Thirst Coming Home in November
Fans who missed Park Chan-wook's vampire opus Thirst (review here) when it played in a limited capacity in theatres won't have to wait very long for the film's DVD release. In fact, it's right around the corner.
That corner being November 17th, 2009. Man, where has this year gone, huh? No extras have been announced as of yet, but we do have some art for you to dig on in the interim courtesy of DVD Times.
Thirst tells the story of a priest whose participation in a medical experiment accidentally turns him into a vampire. As he struggles with what he has become, he falls into having an affair with the wife of his childhood friend, who’s bored with her mundane life. He sinks deeper and deeper into depravity as his humanity slowly withers away.
