NEWS

Deftones vocalist Chino Moreno and former Isis members Aaron Harris, Clifford Meyer and Jeff Caxide have formed a new band called Palms. Their debut album will be released later this year on Ipecac Recordings.

American Nightmare (AKA Give Up the Ghost) reunited unexpectedly this past winter. Thankfully, the two shows were caught on film, and the resulting documentary will be released via Deathwish Inc. Watch a lengthy trailer here.

For the Fallen Dreams will release their fourth album, Wasted Youth, on July 17 via Artery Recordings/Razor & Tie. The album was produced by Tom Denney (A Day To Remember). Vote for the cover art on here.

Bassist Ryan Williams has left The Black Dahlia Murder to focus on audio production. He was with the band for 6 years. He has been replaced by Max Lavelle (ex-Despised Icon). Watch the changing of the guard here.

Listen to a new Whitechapel song entitled “Hate Creation” here. It’s the first single from the band’s self-titled album, which is due out on June 19 via Metal Blade Records.

Listen to a new The Ghost Inside song entitled “Outlive” here. Their third album, Get What You Give, will be released on June 19 via Epitaph Records. It was produced by A Day to Remember frontman Jeremy McKinnon.

VIDEOS

Watch Every Time I Die‘s music video for “A Typical Miracle” here. It features some great live footage. The band’s new album, Ex Lives, is out now on Epitaph Records.

Watch Cattle Decapitation‘s music video for “Kingdom of Tyrants” here. This is the 9-minute “extended minifilm version.” The band’s new album, Monolith of Inhumanity, will be released on May 8 via Metal Blade Records.

Watch Arch Enemy‘s music video for “Under Black Flags We March” here. The Swedish metal group’s latest album, Khaos Legions, is out now on Century Media Records.

Watch Six Feet Under‘s lyric video for “18 Days” here. The death metal legends’ new album, Undead, will be released on May 22 via Metal Blade Records.

Watch Keane‘s music video for “Disconnected” here. They’re not the type of band we would typically cover here, but the video is a great homage to old school Italian horror movies.

TOURS

Five Finger Death Punch, Killswitch Engage, Trivium, Emmure, Pop Evil, God Forbid and Battlecross will be touring together this summer for the Trespass America Festival. Dates can be found here.

Hawthorne Heights will headline the Summer of Hope tour with Life on Repeat, Set It Off, Forever Came Calling, Failsafe and Super Prime. Dates can be found here.

The first annual Mayhem Festival Cruise will take place on December 7-10. The cruise will go from Miami to the Bahamas and back with on-board performances by Lamb of God, Machine Head, Anthrax, Hatebreed, Suicide Silence, Kingdom of Sorrow and more. Details can be found here.
