With writer/director Declan O’Brien currently filming Wrong Turn 5 in Bulgaria, here’s an official casting update from the studio which just landed in our inbox. Read on for details!
As we previously reported (and can now confirm), television actress Camilla Arfwedson has joined the cast of the film as ‘Sheriff Angela,’ the female lead who finds herself at odds with the series’ backwoods nemeses. Joining her are actors Simon Ginty as ‘Billy,’ Oliver Hoare as ‘Julian,’ Amy Lennox as ‘Cruz,’ Paul Luebke (Djinn) as ‘Gus,’ Duncan Wisbey as ‘Mose,’ Kyle Redmond-Jones (The Edge of Love) as ‘Deputy Biggs’ and Peter Brooke as ‘Jason,’ with the previously reported horror vet Doug Bradley (Hellraiser) accompanying them for what will undoubtedly be some rather grisly happenings. No confirmation as of yet on the rumored casting of Roxanne McKee (“Game of Thrones”) from 20th Century Fox, although as the above is a partial cast list, her attachment is certainly a possibility.

Synopsis
In the next chilling chapter of Wrong Turn, a small West Virginia town is hosting the legendary Mountain Man Festival on Halloween, where throngs of costumed partygoers gather for a wild night of music and mischief. But an inbred family of hillbilly cannibals kill the fun when they trick and treat themselves to a group of visiting college students who are dying for a good time…
