Radio 66.6 - Weekly Music News from the Crypt: April 9th, 2012We’re back with the latest installment of Radio 66.6! This week features news, music, videos, tour dates and more from the likes of Pantera, Van Halen, Green Day, Linkin Park, NOFX, Dream Theater, Parkway Drive, Rush, DragonForce and more. NEWS
Green Day will release a three-album trilogy called ¡Uno! ¡Dos! ¡Tre! on September 25, November 13 and January 15, respectfully, via Reprise Records.

As I Lay Dying will enter the studio next month with producer Bill Stevenson to record a new album. The effort is due out later this year on Metal Blade Records.

Architects guitarist Tim Hillier-Brook has left the band. Josh Middleton (ex-Sylosis) will be filling in.

Vampires Everywhere! will release their sophomore album, Hellbound and Heartless, on June 19 via Hollywood Waste Records.

NOFX are in the studio recording a new album with producer Bill Stevenson.

STREAMS
Stream DragonForce‘s new album, The Power Within, here. This is the band’s first release with new singer Marc Hudson. It’s out this week on Roadrunner Records.

Stream Cancer Bats‘ new album, Dead Set on Living, here. The album comes out on April 24 via Metal Blade Records.

Listen to a new Cattle Decapitation song entitled “Lifestalker” here. It’s the second single from the death metal group’s new album, Monolith of Inhumanity, which comes out on May 8 via Metal Blade Records.

Listen to a new All Shall Perish song entitled “El Pasado Nos Perseguira” here. You can also grab a free download of the track here. The title translates to “The Past Will Haunt Us.”

Listen to a new P.O.D. song entitled “Lost In Forever” here. It’s the first single from the band’s new album, Murdered Love, which is due out this summer via Razor & Tie Records.

Listen to a new Six Feet Under song entitled “18 Days” here. The death metal legends’ new album, Undead, will be released on May 22 via Metal Blade Records.

Listen to a new Trioscapes song entitled “Wazzlejazlebof” here. The prog rock band is the side project of Between the Buried and Me bassist Dan Briggs. The trio’s debut album, Separate Realities, will be released on May 8 via Metal Blade Records.

VIDEOS
Watch Pantera‘s music video for a previously unreleased song entitled “Piss” here. The track is now available on iTunes and will also be on the upcoming 20th anniversary reissue of Vulgar Display of Power, which comes out on May 15.

Watch Linkin Park‘s lyric video for a new song entitled “Burn It Down” here. It’s the first single from the band’s new album, Living Things, which is due out on June 26.

Watch A Loss For Words‘ music video for “Pirouette” here. The pop punk band’s latest album, No Sanctuary, is out now on Rise Records.

Watch a trailer for Parkway Drive‘s upcoming DVD, Home Is For The Heartless, here. The 75-minute documentary was shot in 42 countries on 5 continents. It will be released soon by Epitaph Records.

Watch Van Halen‘s music video for “She’s the Woman” here. It features performance footage from the rock legends’ current tour. Their new album, A Different Kind of Truth, is out now.

Watch Suicide Silence‘s music video for “Slaves to Substance” here. It has zombies! The band’s latest effort, The Black Crown, is out now on Century Media Records.

Watch a teaser video for Rush‘s new album here. Entitled Clockwork Angels, the effort marks the band’s 20th studio album and first in five years. The first single, “Headlong Flight” hits radio on April 19.

Watch Marilyn Manson perform “Sweet Dreams” with Johnny Depp at the Revolver Golden Gods here. Manson’s performance is questionable, but it’s cool to see Depp rocking out on the guitar.

Watch a video of some young kids covering Rammstein‘s “Sonne” here. The 5 year-old drummer girl with Barbie drum sticks is particularly impressive.

TOURS
The line-up for Lollapalooza 2012 has officially been announced. Headliners include Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Black Keys, Black Sabbath, Jack White, Florence + The Machine and At the Drive-In. The full list can be found here. The 21st annual event takes place on August 3-5 at Grant Park in Chicago, IL.

Linkin Park and Incubus will co-headline the 2012 Honda Civic Tour with support from Mutemath. Dates can be found here.

The 13th annual Gathering of Juggalos will take place August 8-12 at The Hatchet Landings in Cave-In-Rock, IL. Performers include Insane Clown Posse, Twiztid, Blaze Ya Dead Homie and many more to be announced. Tickets are on sale now and can be purchased here.
