We’re still nearly three months away from Saw VI’s theatrical release, but Lionsgate seems pretty confident that they’ve already got your hard-earned bucks in their pocket. So much so that they’re pulling out all the gimmicky stops for 2010’s Saw VII.
ShockTillYouDrop chatted with the folks at Twisted Pictures about the queued sequel, which is being prepped as a 3D feature. Producer Mark Burg told Shock that they’re currently examining all possible 3D options.
Writers Marcus Dunstan and Patrick Melton have joined Saw V’s returning director, Dave Hackl, aboard the fast track. The only question remaining is, after the sixth film comes out, will anyone still care about a seventh?
