We received a message from Italian director Francesco Picone a couple of months ago alerting us to the fact that he has a short film he’d like to share with the Dread Central readership. Some issues arose, delaying us getting the film to you, but the wait is over, and it was well worth it!

Picone wrote and directed Io Sono Morta (I’m Dead), a brutal short film that starts out with a brick to the face… literally. And then it really gets brutal! The film stars Federico Mariotti, Elisa Forti and Stefano Martinelli. The 17-minute short takes you on a painful thrill ride of torture before turning the entire story upside down. Really slick filmmaking.
