We all knew Tim Burton was liable to come up with some pretty amazing imagery for his upcoming Alice in Wonderland, and today we found out just how incredible it is.
EW.com provided the following look at threesome Johnny Depp as the Mad Hatter, Anne Hathaway as the White Queen, and Helena Bonham-Carter as the Red Queen.
And US Today provided a panoramic view that can be zoomed in at specific spots. Click the full version below to see it in more detail. They also offered the following synopsis of the redux:
The traditional tale has been freshened with a blast of girl power, courtesy of writer Linda Woolverton (Beauty and the Beast). Alice, 17, attends a party at a Victorian estate only to find she is about to be proposed to in front of hundreds of snooty society types. Off she runs, following a white rabbit into a hole and ending up in Wonderland, a place she visited 10 years before yet doesn't remember.
Burton's film will combine live-action, stop-motion, and CG animation and is also slated for 3D conversion. Look for it on March 5, 2010.
