Horror fans who may have scoffed at the kids, teens and some adults who they’ve seen sitting around in big groups playing DC and Marvel HeroClix may want to bite their tongues. WizKids has come a long way since launching their Clix line many years ago. The series has expanded beyond the realm of child friendly superheroes and into the pit of horror hell!
These little figures appeal not only to gamers, but to horror collectors as well. The massive line of tiny, bloody sculptures are well painted and very original. They make great display pieces, but you know what is really missing from this line? More big licensed horror names!
We’ve shown you images of Wizkid’s insane game Horror Clix before (“Clix Enters The Lab!” – February 2007), but now things are about to get … interesting. At the recent GenCon gaming convention, Wizkids announced that Aliens, Predators and Hellboy‘s crew will now go head to head with Freddy, Jason and Leatherface as New Line joins the fight!
