Win a Walk-on In The Crazies
So how much would you give to get yourself a spot in the remake of George A. Romero's classic film The Crazies? Better yet -- how much would you give to charity?
According to The Hollywood Reporter Auction Cause and Participant Media have teamed up to present an eBay charity auction for a walk-on role in Overture/Participant's horror thriller The Crazies with the proceeds to benefit Greenpeace.
The winner will be offered the role of one of the infected townspeople when it shoots on location in Iowa on April 17th.
The auction can be found online on eBay and ends at 7:00PM PST Thursday, April 9th.
Participant deals in entertainment that inspires social change, and president Ricky Strauss explained, "Since 'The Crazies' deals with the dangers of bio-toxins, we're delighted to be able to offer fans the opportunity to realize their dreams of appearing in a horror film while supporting an organization dedicated to protecting the environment."

One remake I am absolutely stoked about is Louis Leterrier's Clash of the Titans for Warner Bros. Why? Because Greek mythology is loaded with monsters, badass sword fights, scantily clad babes, and yes -- more monsters!
