Danger After Dark Lineup ChangesA few weeks ago HorrorChick Heather dropped all the details on us about the upcoming Philadelphia Film Festival/CineFest 09's Danger After Dark series. If you live in the area and were on the fence about attending, a slight change in the schedule should help you make up your mind in favor of taking the plunge.

Due to some print issues, Hanger's two showings have been canceled, and in their place will be the North American premiere of Embodiment of Evil. Trust me on this one ... it is WELL worth making the effort to attend the fest in order to see what Coffin Joe is up to now. As the official Philadelphia Film Festival/CineFest site describes it: Embodiment of Evil [is] an ode to midnight movies of days gone by; mutilated bodies and disturbing sex acts await you as the final chapter of cult fan favorite Coffin Joe digs his sharp talons into your soul.

Embodiment of Evil screens Friday, April 3, 10pm at Ritz East 1 and Sunday, April 5, 2:45pm at The Bridge. Enjoy!
