BUFF Adds a Deadgirl
The madmen (and women) behind the Boston Underground Film Festival gave us another heads up today about a new film that’s been added to their programming; Marcel Sarmiento & Gadi Harel’s Deadgirl (review)!
In case you've forgotten, Deadgirl is the story of a pair of horny teenagers who come upon a beautiful, not quite dead girl in an abandoned factory and what happens when their plans for what they can do with her go on two separate paths.
BUFF has not confirmed if the directors will be able to make it in for a Q&A, but they are trying to set it up; as soon as we have confirmation one way or another, we’ll let you know. Other horror titles at this year’s event, which runs March 19th–25th, include David Gregory’s Plague Town and Frank Henenlotter’s Bad Biology.
Stay tuned for more BUFF programming updates as we get ‘em!

No relation to "Machete Phil" or "Machete Sam" from Broken Lizard's Club Dread, Machete Joe is a new Hollywood-themed horror flick in which a former Ghostbuster might find himself meeting a fate worse than crossing the streams.
