On October 26th, Magnolia Pictures will be rolling a movie that has been making critics sit up and take notice at festivals for over a year now; The Signal (review), directed by the trio of David Bruckner, Dan Bush and Jacob Gentry.
Today Magnolia let loose with a brand-new teaser trailer for The Signal and I have to admit, it’s pretty damn cool. It’s very indicative of the movie, actually, in that it’s manic, jumbled and more than a little intriguing. If you’re not familiar, The Signal tells of what happens when a mysterious signal is broadcast across all media devices one day which causes anyone who comes in contact with it to go insane. Each director helmed a segment of the film, making for a very interesting mix of themes and ideas.
Trying something new, encoding our player right into the site, so just scroll down a bit to check the latest trailer for The Signal. If you’re having problems getting it to load, you can always just click here to check it out in our Broadband section! That’s a new poster you see on the right, too, but I couldn’t find anything bigger. Sorry!
