Still reeling from last night’s mid-season finale of “The Walking Dead”? We had an inkling of what was going to transpire, but nothing quite prepared us for the visceral impact the last few scenes would have. But that’s all water under the bridge (or, rather, blood in front of the barn); what we want to know now is how the second half of the season can possibly top the drama and excitement of the first.
What we have for you today are a few videos and stills that should help answer that question. First is a promo video for the second half of Season 2 in general, followed by a sneak peek of Episode 2.08, “Nebraska”, in which life-long friends Rick (Andrew Lincoln) and Shane (Jon Bernthal) get into it. Things conclude with the cast looking ahead and explaining a bit about what is to come. Below that are two photos from next year’s Midseason Premiere that definitely set the tone of what we can expect.
The final six episodes of the season will air on AMC beginning on Sunday, February 12th, at 9:00 PM ET.
