Joss Whedon Has Got Something In Your Eyes

With The Avengers on the horizon for long time genre fav Joss Whedon, we’re all pretty anxious to see what the director will come up with when he decides to veer back toward the more horrific side of the fence.

According to Deadline Joss Whedon (“Buffy the Vampire Slayer”) and Kai Cole’s micro-studio Bellwether Pictures has set a follow-up, a supernatural romance entitled In Your Eyes. Whedon wrote the script, and Brin Hill will direct.

“‘In Your Eyes’ is a metaphysical love story about two seemingly polar opposites who are deeply connected in ways neither could have ever imagined.”

While pegged as supernatural, the script is said to be a comedy that reads like a drama with romantic overtones. Not sure how Dread-worthy this will end up being, but as always we’ll keep an eye on things for ya!
