The Thing is directed by another triple-named talent, Matthijs van Heijningen, Jr., from a screenplay by Eric Heisserer and Ronald D. Moore. The international cat includes Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Eric Christian Olsen, Joel Edgerton, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, Jonathan Walker, and Dennis Storhøi.

The Thing comes out in theaters this Friday, October 14th, 2011.
