Director Richard Robinson is spreading his talents out like an octopus over many forms of horror media. Though his film Marcus (review) wasn’t all that great, Robinson is not giving up on the genre or movies for that matter.
Richard today told Fangoria about all the pies he is sticking his bloody fingers in: commercials, music videos and comics all under his new company Backwoods Entertainment. On the film side of things one of the upcoming projects will be presented by George A. Romero and is titled Sharing Joy & Sorrow. Currently Robinson is trying to get George to be a bigger player in the film, but nothing is solid yet.
Two other projects under Backwoods Entertainment’s hat are the feature Sweetwater Creek and the comic book Juniper Falls. The first one, a horror film about a murderous family of females in search of a new male figure, is currently set to shoot in November.
