Another round of MGM must-see fan favorites comes to Blu-ray September 13th from Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment. Five horror classics make this month’s new-to-Blu-ray releases some of the most exciting yet.
HANNIBAL SYNOPSIS: Anthony Hopkins is “perverse perfection” (Rolling Stone) in his return to the role of Dr. Hannibal Lecter, the sophisticated killer who comes out of hiding to draw FBI agent Clarice Starling (Julianne Moore) into a high-stakes battle that will test her strength, cunning and loyalty.
LAST HOUSE ON THE LEFT: UNRATED COLLECTOR’S EDITION SYNOPSIS: Before horror fans Saw the current wave of shockers featuring fiercely Hostel villains, Wes Craven delivered this “important genre landmark” (Science Fiction Horror and Fantasy Film Review) that’s thrilling, disturbing, action-packed and filled with unrelenting terror.
On their way to a rock concert, two teenagers (Sandra Cassel and Lucy Grantham) are kidnapped by a gang of escaped convicts.
