As we all know well and good by this point, the third season of Starz’s Ash vs Evil Dead is almost upon us.

We’ve been hit with tons of promotional materials these last few weeks and today is no different as we have a sweet 70’s sitcom-style retro trailer for your viewing pleasure.

I’ve been digging all of the fun trailers we’ve seen for the third season, but I have to say this one is my favorite thus far. Love the music and the yellow-ass font.

You can check out the bitchin’ retro-sitcom trailer below and then let us know what you think of Ash: The Sitcom!

The third season stars Bruce Campbell, Ray Santiago, Dana DeLorenzo, Lucy Lawless and Arielle Carver-O’Neill. Campbell executive produces the series with Sam Raimi, Rob Tapert, Ivan Raimi, and Rick Jacobson. Season 3 has new showrunners: Mark Verheiden and producer Moira Grant.

“Ash vs Evil Dead” season three begins Sunday, February 25.

S3 synopsis:

The third season finds Ash’s status in Elk Grove, Michigan has changed from murderous urban legend to humanity-saving hometown hero. When Kelly witnesses a televised massacre with Ruby’s fingerprints all over it, she returns with a new friend to warn Ash and Pablo that evil isn’t done with them yet. Blood is thicker than water in the battle of good vs Evil Dead!

Bruce Campbell Gives New EVIL DEAD Films His Blessing

Published

on

As we all know by this point, not only has Ash vs Evil Dead been canceled by Starz, but star Bruce Campbell has officially retired as Ash. But what does he think of the Evil Dead films continuing on without him?

Well, a fan over on Twitter just asked Bruce that very question and Campbell responded: “Not that they need it, but of course. Lots of unexplored stories and crossovers in the Evil Dead universe.”

You can check out his tweet below, which basically gives all the “okay” needed for Jane Levy to return as Mia for more Deadite action should the opportunity arise. Hoo-ray!

Are you happy to know Bruce is cool with the series continuing on despite is absence? Make sure to hit us up and let us know what you think in the comments below or on Facebook, Twitter, and/or Instagram!

Hopefully, we’ll hear more news on a possible sequel to Fede Alvarez’s remake aka Evil Dead 2 in the near future. Until then, stay tuned!
