No matter how you slice it, commercials in foreign countries are so much better than the homogenized bullshit we have to suffer through here in the States. Ads overseas aren’t afraid to be racy or inappropriate and willingly display more balls than you’re ever going to find on our tubes. Case in point …
Recently car maker Hyundai put together a commercial for their Dutch market in promotion of the new Hyundai Velostar. Of course it was banned slightly afterward due to its graphic connection/homage to the Final Destination franchise, but damn it at least they made it! The commercial was created by Fitzroy and directed by Tom Rijpert.
Check it out below and just try not to laugh and appreciate it. We’re totally sold!
