Titan Comics Announces Brother Nash – a New Creator-Owned Supernatural Series with Werewolves, Truckers, and More!

Today’s Valentine’s Day of course, which means you can expect to see a few love-themed stories around these parts; and Titan Comics has provided us with some pretty cool news that ties in with the special day: Brother Nash, a three-part supernatural comic series from creator-writer/artist Bridgit Connell, is heading our way later this year; and we have all the early details and a few interior pages for you here – along with a trio of Brother Nash Valentine’s Day virals!

From the Press Release:
If American Gods met Teen Wolf and Hellboy on the midnight road to Sacramento… they may well make something a little like Brother Nash, which tells the story of Nash, a haunted trucker who can see ghosts, talks with spirits, senses evil, and – oh yes! – is a werewolf.

When the moon is on the rise and violence threatens his friends, he struggles to keep the beast in check, even as he strives to meet his obligations to those he loves. And when Nash takes on a mysterious hitchhiker heading for Tucson, he and his friends are dragged headfirst into their most dangerous adventure yet.

So grab your shotguns, prime your shortwave radio, warm up the cab, flex those lupine claws, and join the crew for what may be the strangest and deadliest cross-country haul of all time!

According to writer/artist Bridgit Connell, “Brother Nash is about a mysterious trucker out West who gets lost in a supernatural adventure with his two friends, a bumbling sweetheart and fellow trucker named Ray, and a strong-willed ranch owner named Billie. On the road they encounter tricksters, motorcycle gangs, zombies, creepy ghost kids, high-speed chases, giant monsters, redneck shaman, witches… and find out that the lore behind astronomy is alive and roaming the earth.”

Debuting in comic book stores and on digital devices in a staggering, triple-sized 72-page issue, Brother Nash #1 also features a stunning A cover by Sanford Greene (Power Man & Iron Fist, Royals, Uncanny Avengers), and an astounding B cover from Bridgit and colorist Luis Guerrero (Rivers of London, Mycroft Holmes).

This gripping, heartfelt tale of supernatural Americana is completely remastered from Bridgit’s self-published editions and newly relettered throughout.

Fans and retailers can order the first issue of Brother Nash through the April edition of Diamond’s Previews catalogue, with an on sale date of 6 June. Visit Bridgit in person at HeroesCon Charlotte from June 15-17 to celebrate the launch of the comic, and stay tuned for more information about this title!
