Feel Our Evil on DVD

If you fancy yourself some South American horror, you might like to check out the new Brazilian film Our Evil, which has just been released on DVD in the UK by Matchbox Films.
Our Evil, which is called Mal Nosso in its native Portuguese, had a successful festival run, screening at FrightFest, the New York City Horror Film Festival, Night Visions International, A Night of Horror, Sitges, IFI Horrorthon, and several other genre specific festivals. It tells the story of an exorcist who hires a hitman to protect his daughter from a demonic entity that wants to take possession of her soul.
This crazy-sounding mix of supernatural horror and hitman thriller was written and directed by Samuel Galli; the film stars Fernando Cardoso, Ricardo Casella, Reinaldo Colmanetti, Walderrama Dos Santos, Ademir Esteves, and Maria Clara Gonçalves.
There’s no word on when Our Evil will grace the US with its presence on home media, but if you live in the States, you can always import the UK DVD providing that it will work in your player.
