We let you guys know a few months back that the upcoming Tremors 6 starring Michael Gross and Jamie Kennedy had been pushed from it’s January 2018 release date to “sometime in May.”

While we still do not have confirmation of specifically when we’ll be able to view the new film, today we do know that the film has been given a new title and an MPAA rating.

The new film will be called Tremors: A Cold Day in Hell and is rated PG-13 for “creature violence, gore, crude humor, and language.” Sounds about right to me!

What do you think of the new title and rating for Tremors 6? Let us know below!

The film is directed by Don Michael Paul from a script by John Whelpley and stars Michael Gross, Jamie Kennedy, Tanya van Graan, Rob van Vuuren, Greg Kriek, and Keeno Lee Hector.

Tremors: A Cold Day in Hell hits sometime in May.

Synopsis:

Burt Gummer (Michael Gross) and his son Travis Welker (Jamie Kennedy) find themselves up to their ears in Graboids and Ass-Blasters when they head to Canada to investigate a series of deadly giant-worm attacks. Arriving at a remote research facility in the arctic tundra, Burt begins to suspect that Graboids are secretly being weaponized, but before he can prove his theory, he is sidelined by Graboid venom. With just 48 hours to live, the only hope is to create an antidote from fresh venom — but to do that, someone will have to figure out how to milk a Graboid!
