After the soul-crushing disappointment of the mess that was the last Terminator movie, it’s going to take a lot to get fans excited about another entry in the franchise. Ladies and gentlemen … meet step one in the right direction.
According to IndieWire Fast Five director Justin Lin has unofficially met with both Arnold Schwarzenegger and Oscar-winning director James Cameron to discuss the franchise’s future.
“I had a great meeting with Arnold and James Cameron, just sitting down unofficially”, said Lin. “James is so gracious because he’s not part of the project, he’s not going to be producing, but it was great of him just as a filmmaker to take time out to just talk.”
