New Fright Night Clip Shows Off the Lifestyles of the Rich and Infamous

Post Thumb:

You won’t find any champagne wishes and caviar dreams in this latest clip from Fright Night. In fact, you probably won’t find anyone who even gets that last reference. Christ, I’m getting old.

Look for Fright Night in theatres on August 19th, 2011.

Synopsis: Senior Charlie Brewster (Anton Yelchin) finally has it all going on: he’s running with the popular crowd and dating the most coveted girl in his high school. In fact, he’s so cool he’s even dissing his best friend. But trouble arrives when Jerry (Colin Farrell) moves in next door. He seems like a great guy at first, but there’s something not quite right—but everyone, including Charlie’s mom (Toni Collette), doesn’t notice. After observing some very strange activity, Charlie comes to an unmistakable conclusion: Jerry is a vampire preying on the neighborhood. Unable to convince anyone, Charlie has to find a way to get rid of the monster himself in this Craig Gillespie-helmed revamp of the comedy-horror classic.

You're such an inspiration for the ways that I will never, ever choose to be.

Is it my imagination or is there a new Fright Night clip being released every day or so? Holy shit…if we piece them together we’ll have the whole fucking movie…

I personally don’t watch clips or previews of movies I plan on seeing. I hate watching a movie and seeing a scene start, get that deja vu feeling, and already know how it’s going to end.

That’s EXACTLY how I felt about The Crazies. By the time I saw the flick I felt like I’d seen the whole damned thing.

I got stuck watching the trailer today before Final Destination 5…It looks so MTV to me. Just the fact Jerry Dandridge lives in a modern home is turning me off. One of the things that made the original so classic was the gothic-style home for the final showdown with Charlie and Peter Vincent…

I may just skip it and watch 30 Minutes or Less next Friday.

I might be an idiot but look forward to this movie. When the original came out, I saw several things that I would’ve changed and I want to see if they fixed them for me! And I also know what wishes and dreams you speak of, could Robin have been the luckiest man to get that show? Because he was terrible-ya know?!?

You got the reference! You DID! Somehow that makes it worth writing! LOL

Yeah, I got it! So that means we’re both getting old!!!
